VISION is the total supply chain solution for wholesale distributors, public warehouses and 3rd party logistics providers. It can be integrated with other Equinox products to provide comprehensive solutions for freight forwarders and consolidators as well. Its advanced architecture enables it to be delivered as either a product or customized system, depending upon your specific needs.

VISION integrates barcode and wireless data entry, collection, and exchange, together with a flexible and fast rules-based client-server architecture. By supporting operations with multiple warehouses (satellite sites), multiple work zones, and multiple processing types, VISION delivers enterprise level flexibility and scalability.

VISION operations can either be paperless, increasing your accuracy to the highest level by eliminating manual entry errors, or paper-driven, allowing your business to transition smoothly to a new level of quality with a minimum amount of disruption. Every movement of product in your warehouse or distribution center can be verified in real-time using Radio Frequency barcode scanners to guarantee the highest level of accuracy.

VISION has directed put-away, replenishment and picking sub-systems. The operator is directed to the correct bin or location, with minimized travel times and optimized travel routes calculated by the system. Together with task prioritization and interleaving, VISION significantly enhances productivity.

Together with an automated sortation system, VISION provides the most powerful solution for a distribution environment. Hang, Flat, and Carton sorters, as well as conveyors and Manual sortation, can all be integral parts of the total system. Supporting different distribution and wave generation types, VISION gives the speed, flexibility and accuracy you need for your distribution processes.
