Web Access module allows in any location, in real-time mode to view the following data of warehouse
management system:
- Inventory balance
- Receiving orders and incoming loads
- Dispatch orders and loads
- Transportation orders and reservations of ramps
- SKU nomenclature cards
All data is updated in real time. Access is granted only to approved-authorized users. Each user has its own unique login name and password. Each user can view and control own data depending on the system configuration.
If Web access is available to partners and customers, they can register planned receiving and shipping orders themselves, monitor their inventory, reserve ramp time etc. This solution significantly reduces the manual data input in a company and provides a quick exchange of information among partners. This is especially important when automated system integration for different companies is too expensive. Of course, users can monitor only their own data.
Warehouse management system Web access module could be easily integrated with the overall enterprise Internet portal, no longer requiring an additional login and maintaining the overall colour and overall design of the structure.
